1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tiniadventures facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

• All sessions must be paid for in advance
• Cancellations require 24 hours notice for refund
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Time cannot be extended for late arrivals

3. User Conduct

While using our facilities, you agree not to:

• Damage equipment or property
• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass other patrons or staff
• Use cheats or hacks in games
• Access inappropriate content

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Age Restrictions

• Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• 18+ only after 8 PM
• Some VR experiences have additional restrictions

5. Limitation of Liability

tiniadventures is not liable for:

• Lost or stolen personal items
• Injuries from normal gaming activities
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Content of third-party games

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
